Planning - Story bording

A storyboard is a sequence of images, usally hand drawn, that visualises and sequences each shot of how it will be represented in a video. There is also imofrmation about any diologue, movements or any specific objects that should also be in the frame. The drawings dont have to be high qualitie,it should be basic so it is understood.

storyboading tips-

-Draw in pencil- this allows you to make changes easier
-Number the shots. This makes it easier to identify specific parts of the film when discussing with others.
-Make short notes, breif explanations of what happends in the shot
-Use small frames, this makes drawing the storyboard quicker
-Avoid stick men
-Note the camera postition

After discussing our final initial ideas and concluding on all of our ideas, we created a story bord, this helps us layout and finalize each shot and idea and what order they go in . We can use this as a template, so when it comes to shooting we know exacly what to do.
